Eject Disks

A new version of my utility to eject multiple and stubborn disks with a completely rewritten detection routine to better find disks that are stuck and not visible to the Finder, plus a tweaked system of notifying you which applications and/or files are preventing an ejection and shortcuts to exit the applications. Possibly further in the future is a version tied into Mac OS X’s system notification system Kicker.xml to “kick in” when a disk is ejected through the Finder.

I’ve started to put together an AppleScript front end to the fabulous get_iplayer Perl script. At the moment it’s still very alpha!
